I'll regurgitate that there is NOT a better furniture store to shop at than this one simply its staff is that good with a wide range of products. I'll also add that amidst what would ve turned into a nightmare situation, not only did Roberto keep integrity and fix the problem he also made it up to us. That right there is a lost practice today imo...Completely happy with quality furniture and will continue to use your store to fill the new house we plan to buy after summer. Thank you you guys! Go Cubbies!!!

Every time I come to Roberto’s store he’s always wearing a smile. I recently had a washer give out on me and went to him to find a deal. As always, I give him a budget and he gets me the best item for the price I have to spend. One of the best things I like about Roberto is that he isn’t afraid or greedy to keep you from the back room. He genuinely wants you to get the best you can for you always. Honestly the best person you can go to in retail. I always and will always go to Roberto if I need any home goods.
We were treated like royalty! These guys are the best and nicest in the game, I will never shop anywhere else besides here.

Liz helped me get an account set-up a couple of weeks ago and today we purchased a sofa and recliner with the assistance of Dawn. Thank you, we can't wait for our furniture to get here!
I was having a problem with the extended warranty company for my couch, they denied my claim. The store manager took care of everything for me including sending an email to the warranty company. The warranty company never sent anybody to my house to check the damage. The warranty company said it would have to be accidental damage but the warranty clearly states manufacturer or accidental. Needless to say Badcock is replacing my couch and giving me a new 3 year extended warranty. Way to go Badcock!!!!

I was ready to give up on Badcock because the Hudson store was awful. I am so happy I came to this store! Roberto was great and went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I were informed and happy with our purchase. Will be back for all my furniture needs!
