They don't always have a warranty. We purchased a three seater sofa with recliners, and a loveseat with recliners. We have a very large cat and he would sit down by our feet. We had these for under two years and the material was tearing. They told us that we had bought the pieces 'as is' and wouldn't do anything about it. We had spent $1,300 with them, so I will not be buying anything with them again. PROS: Liked the furniture. CONS: No come back with them.

What a tremendous company to work with. They treat the customers like true quest in their stores. Delivery was professional and on time and very friendly. Would highly recommend them to anyone who likes to be treated well and receive a great product.

We went to buy a sofa and left very satisfied our choice. There is a large selection to choose from. The staff was amazing. They were helpful and kind.

Went to Badcock today to shop for a Lift chair with my sister. What an awesome experience. You walk in and immediately greeted with a warm smile from a Badcock Sales Associates Dawn and Marlin. Dawn and Marlin are very personable and knowledgeable. The most pleasant shopping experience I’ve had in a long time.
Roberto and Liz provided great service. When I had an issue with my sectional, they went above and beyond by standing behind their product. I highly recommend their store. Thank you!!
