I can't recommend Lesley highly enough. I had never done pilates before and decided to give it a try and Lesley has been amaxing. The physio led pilates is great and has definitely helped me with an ongoing injury. Lesley explains everything perfectly and you work at your own pace and own ability. 10/10!
I was able to get an appointment on the same day. Lesley was very friendly and assessed my heel bursitis. Ultrasound was applied and it feels better already.
The reason I chose Back to Basics was because of Lesley’s physiotherapy background. Being of an age where I have aches and pains just standing up, I wanted to make sure the instructor knew my limitations and I wouldn’t inadvertently hurt myself. I didn’t have to worry as Lesley ensured everyone worked at their own level, giving us choices of difficulty levels. It was also good fun and I’d certainly recommend coming along to her classes.
Currently just starting my 4th block in Lesley’s Pilates class, can’t recommend this class enough it’s helping me loads getting back to some fitness and trying to sort out my back pain without going to the gym , I enjoyed it that much I started doing 2 classes a week , Lesley is a great instructor who works with various levels of each exercise to match everyone’s own ability’s and strengths.
Lesley is amazing, so professional and kind. She really listens to you and works so hard throughout every appointment to help you reach your goals
