I’ve had terrible shoulder and neck pain recently so I arranged to meet with Annie. She has been incredibly helpful, giving me exercises to work on movement and loosening my shoulder area. I already feel the difference in my neck! In repeating these exercises, the pain has significantly reduced. Very happy customer !
