Saw Lisa as my back was still aching from a fall from a horse a couple of months ago. Started off with a thorough discussion of symptoms and checked my range of movement. Reassured me that there was nothing serious and gave me a massage on the areas giving me trouble. No pressure to rebook but advised to see how it was in a couple of weeks and to come back if needed. Also sending through some exercises to help with my back mobility which are needed.

I saw Claire in July 2020 as i suffer with Joint Hypermobility and she was able to re align my sacrum and hips so i was pain free for 6 months! she's amazing and I can't recommend her enough
