I saw Caroline after experiencing a herniated disc. She was friendly and knowledgeable and helped me at a time when I was in a lot of pain and couldn't walk. She helped with my recovery, reducing pain and improving symptoms.
I had a very severe pain in my back (disc damage) and was struggling with walking and everyday activities. I came to back and body works and after 4 appointments there has been a massive improvement in my mobility and comfort level. I can’t recommend more highly as I was massively struggling previously and am now recovering well.
I see Caroline once a month or so to help actively manage migraines. It’s made a massive difference to my life and can’t recommend enough for knowledge and care I receive
