Staff are incredibly rude, especially the older lady working there. Every time I have entered the shop I have noticed this lady in particular giving me funny looks, and chilly, short answered to very ordinary questions regarding purchases, if she even bothers to stop deliberately turning her back on you. I travelled several hours to the beautiful city of Guildford to visit family with my baby, and came across this shop. I was instantly drawn in by the jellycats in the window as I was planning on buying some for my son. Whilst having beautiful stock, I was greeted by a very strange, vulgar and snobby staff member whilst looking at the jellycats.
