Terrible - no appointments avoid!
The Bad: I've never had an in-person appointment honoured on time- usually at least 40mins late... Waiting time for phone appointments are 1wk plus atm. The Good: They prescribe what you need quickly & refer you to the right specialists pretty swiftly. I wouldn't go with babylon if you have any long term or chronic conditions tho.
Atrociously bad. If you designed an organisation to make your patients life more difficult, to make their treatment process painful and to generally waste their time you would end up with eMed/Babylon. Some of the worst health service I have had anywhere in the world. It makes sense that the NHS would choose an organisation like this to run their healthcare.
