Jackie leads a lovely course in massage and reflexology for babies, which we were lucky enough to attend in August on the Crystal Palace triangle and we really enjoyed it. Over the course we learnt not only massage, but gentle stretches and a little information on baby’s anatomy which gave us skills to use with confidence at home. Jackie's hypnobirthing course has really prepared my husband and I for the birth of our first child. We have been reading the book together and listening to her scripts and it has been so helpful. We understand the whole process now and it has made us feel very calm and positive about the birth! Highly recommend!
