They gave an estimate and made a shopping list for me to take to ********** to purchase some parts. They also made a list of items needed to be supplied by **** which have a lifetime guarantee and replacement. Once the parts come in, Ill reschedule these two kind and helpful gentlemen to come back to install everything. ??
Provided accurate arrival time, professionally diagnosed problems and proficiently accomplished repairs which is appreciated given the hourly cost for plumbing repairs.
