We built a new home in Gran Paradiso and moved in in October 2018. We had trouble with the master shower drain with the sound of water running when the toilet was flushed and smells coming from the drain. There is a one year warranty on the home. We contacted our home building manager and he contact Babe's in January 2019. A service rep came out with a snake scope and looked down the drain. All he said there wasn't water in the drain. Although we strive for perfection in every job, occasionally mistakes happen and unfortunately your home was effected by this human error.
