****** was very knowledgeable. He understood the issue right away and proposed the scope of work He was able to do the work and solve the leak problem we had. He was very courteous and kind.
*************************** and his apprentice, ***** from Babes Plumbing in ******, ** did an excellent job going over what was needed to make the necessary repairs in my home. They gave an estimate and made a shopping list for me to take to ********** to purchase some parts. They also made a list of items needed to be supplied by **** which have a lifetime guarantee and replacement. Once the parts come in, Ill reschedule these two kind and helpful gentlemen to come back to install everything. ??
Provided accurate arrival time, professionally diagnosed problems and proficiently accomplished repairs which is appreciated given the hourly cost for plumbing repairs.
I used Babes Plumbing to install a shower valve. They were able to accommodate me on short notice. The plumber, ****, was very knowledgeable and efficient. Highly recommend Babes Plumbing.

I had a plumbing emergency on a Saturday. I called Babe's and a service call was scheduled for a few hours later. I was notified by text of the technician's arrival time. The technician, *****, was on time, pleasant, and focused on the task at hand. He explained the problem and his solution. Before leaving, he made a suggestion which I appreciated and immediately did. I was not charged extra for a Saturday call. I will call ****'s in the future!

We called Babe's for the first time after moving from Ohio. Had a garbage disposal that wouldn't turn on. Two plumbers stopped by, flipped a switch (said it needed to be reset) and charged us $211 for 30 seconds of work - no parts, no labor (well, I guess flipping a switch might count). And we are new customers!!! Not even a "welcome to Florida, thank you for your business! Since this was nothing, how about $50...or $75...even $100 could have been tolerable." Never again. Too many good service people out there!!!<br />
