****** did an excellent job in assessing the issue with my Hot Water Heater and completing the tasks required to replace the two heating elements. He was very detailed in explaining everything and answered my many questions. Worked efficiently in installing two new hose bibs on the exterior of my home while the hot water heater was draining. I suspect most people are not eager to pay plumbing rates but I truly felt I got real value for my money.
On time, in fact called to arrive early. Great work as always.
