No one answers the phone, emails are not answered, and the contact form on their website doesn't have a submit button. We are trying to sell our flat but due to their non responsiveness we are struggling and it is likely to fall through. Never before have I been held hostage in a property by the property's own management company. Disgraceful and a bad joke.
Terrible company who does not answer their phone or respond to emails. I am currently trying to sell a flat, they have not replied to any of mine or my solicitors correspondence. Its now been over 2 months with no response and its putting the sale at risk. Ive gone into their office to express my concerns, I was told my correspondence had been dealt with and issue had been solved. This turned out to be untrue.
