⭐☆☆☆☆ Very unprofessional experience. I called to book a massage and confirmed that I was coming, but was then repeatedly called multiple times before the appointment — even outside the agreed time. Each time, the tone was abrupt with no greeting, just “Are you coming?” There was zero professionalism or courtesy, and the attitude felt more like harassment than customer service. I had to ask the masseuse to not use her forearms and elbows, but apart from that it was ok
It's a really good place to go as on they ask you throughout the massage is alright, and if there useing a right pressure, and it's I lovely chilled atmosphere in there
