Booked a couples massage for 3PM, confirmed and everything. Showed up on time, only to be told they ‘couldn’t accommodate’ and tried sliding us to 5:30 instead. A spa should reduce stress, not cause it — especially when customers plan their day around the booking. If you value your time, maybe look elsewhere. Oh and let's not forget them having us wait outside for 10 minutes with no receptionists at the desk absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. Will not book again!
This was my first visit to Baan Nuad Thai Massage, and I couldn’t be more grateful. I woke up with a trapped nerve in my shoulder blades and booked a massage hoping it would help ease the pain. Jade gave me the most amazing Thai massage — truly therapeutic and healing. I left the room feeling so much better than when I walked in. For the first time all day, I could breathe deeply without feeling that sharp, stabbing pain in my shoulder. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!
