After a reasonable and expected delay in the waiting room, Dr. Mazahery was efficient, friendly, professional and thorough. He has performed surgery on my wife and daughter with excellent results. If and when I need back surgery, he is the only person I will consider.
In the last 3 years Dr. Mazahery has performed 3 spinal surgeries on me. From my first visit I felt very confident in his skills, knowledge and ability to explain my options in simple terms. The last surgery was necessary as a very rare side effect of the complex second surgery. He stayed in his office into the evening waiting for an available operating room. Dr. Mazahery was extremely empathetic and assured me the operation would resolve the problem and would eliminate the severe pain. He was right!

Dr. Mazahery was very professional. He provided very detailed information on how we would manage my surgery from beginning to end. He was very thorough pre-surgery to ensure I was physically and mentally ready for a difficult surgery. The surgery was a success and any questions I had, post-op, we’re answered to my satisfaction. Outstanding surgeon and an even better person. He diagnosed something that 8 other doctors missed. The surgery he performed gave immediate relief to the most serious symptoms. Others are gradually improving (7 1/2 weeks out). Nerve damage was extensive from a prior surgeon's shoddy work. I highly recommended anyone with spine or neck issues see Dr. Mazahery. He is the only surgeon I'll work with going forward.
