Dr. Mazahery performed back surgery on me, specially I had a pinch nerve, herniated disk and he shaved down a bone spur. During my visits he ran on time, and I was able to get into the office quickly to be seen. He was very patient with my questions.
I've had 4 back surgeries with Dr Mazahery and wouldn't choose anyone else. Dr. Mazahery always greets me with a smile, and makes me feel at ease. He takes the time to listen to my complaints and gives a thorough explanation in layman's terms.
I went to Dr. Mazahery because of numbness/pain starting in my neck and going down my right arm. He took time to fully evaluate me. I went for an MRI, PT and got injections. Surgery was NOT the first option. I really appreciated that. I could not be in better hands.
Very informative on what needs to be accomplished. Dr. Mazahery used extensive visual aids to help me understand how and why the surgery needs to be done and what I can expect after the surgery and during the recovery. Dr. Mazahery took his time and ensured all my questions were answered.
Dr Mazahery was highly recommended to me by another doctor. Unfortunately, my experience was pretty negative. He flew in the room, kept looking at his watch and barely examined me. I think the entire appointment took less than five minutes. The doctor who recommended him said he was a great surgeon, the one he would send his sister to. I think he probably is a great surgeon. But I was not at all impressed with his lack of engagement or the way he hurried through the appointment.
The doctor performed cervical spine surgery on me, and the results were 100% wonderful. Dr. Mazahery is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, thoughtful, and a very good listener. I recommend him highly.
I was very pleased with my experience with Dr. Mazahery. He asked a lot of questions about my issues & explained about what was going on & what needed to be done patiently and in terms I understood. I felt comfortable talking with him about my issues & that he really cared about me as a patient.
Dr. Mazahery establishes an excellent first impression as he is prompt, personable and honest.
