Terry from BT Carpentry fitted an internal door for me back in August. I'm really pleased with the craftmanship of the door fitting and the care taken to make sure it is right. Over the next couple of months the door started jamming so I asked him to come back and fix it. He was in the area the next week and turned up punctually, he worked out where it was sticking and explained why it was sticking and how I can minimise this.
