Absolutely Appalling Service and Zero Accountability I would strongly advise anyone considering using B-Spoke Group to think twice. After having a completely new roof fitted 11 months ago, I’ve had ongoing issues that occurred approximately 2 months after fitting and which I reported immediately - yet not a single person from this company has taken responsibility or followed up properly.
