We have recently visited B&R Carpets to view their mattress range. We have shopped here many times for flooring of all types, so it was an easy decision to go and get some expert advice from Mark. With so many mattresses to choose from having an expert on hand to talk through all of the different types is a must. We spent a lot of time trying, talking and laughing about our potential choice. We recently had our carpets supplied and fitted by B&R and couldn’t be happier with the service. They were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout. The fitters did an excellent job, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. B&R is a great company to deal with and highly recommended.
Great service from the outset. Excellent advice about choosing from thousands of carpets available to suit every need - no sales pressure 😀 Excellent communication during the ordering process and no long wait for delivery. Fitters were brilliant! Altogether a great experience and I would definitely go back to B&R and recommend their personal service to others.
