rang up about my Old Honda Jazz CVT as it had a slipping clutch as many of them do and they judder. I was able to be fit in within a weeks time, they were honest about the repairs on my car and that it's a risk as it may not help, but I was willing to do it :) Not only did it help but they were also able to address a ratting under my car as well and fix that day of. Very cute dog as well 💕 thank u!
Had my BMW 5 series (g31) gearbox serviced by these guys. Pleasant to deal with, very reasonable prices and helpful. Would definitely recommend and will use again. Handy that they are right next to the train station too!
Took our poorly Toyota Yaris to Bill... turned out that the previous people to work on it didn't put any oil back in it! Bill inspected and advised that the box was a write off. He managed to source another box and replaced it. The car is driving as if it were new again. Turnaround was quick enough considering, top work and would recommend!
Got to say when I took my Honda Jazz to BK Transmissions - I was doubtful that Teresa and Bill would be able to help - however Bill went 'Above and Beyond' and we now have virtually a new car - thank you!
My 10 y/o 100k BMW X3 was having issues with the XDrive transfer box. My BMW main dealer recommended BK Transmissions as a new transfer box was £000's. Bill was well aware of the issue these suffer and recommended a transfer box oil change may cure the juddering. Sure enough he was correct, problem solved for £140! Excellent service from a real expert, highly recommended.
