Our boiler died after 18 years. B&K have regularly serviced the boiler for many years. They arrived the same day; diagnosed the fault and advised a new boiler. This was fitted a couple of days later. EXCELLENT SERVICE The two chaps who arrived to fit the boiler (on time) seemed to be in a hurry to get the job done. Whilst the basic fitting went ok, there were a few things I think could have been better. Well I have to give them one star , as they came round and surveyed the job but that's where it ends. I had no feedback to say they were not interested in the job or giving me a price for the plumbing work I needed carrying out So very disappointed. The fact that I'm only around the corner from them i thought it would be a good local firm to use after moving into the area . I was so wrong
Had a Gate valve replaced by new leaver ball valve in airing cupboard. The old valve was in a very difficult place to access. Lewis replaced the faulty valve efficiently and was very pleasant explaining any concerns thst i had
