I tried to book these guys. I had to call twice, they wanted £199.00 up front, and ended the call prematurely. Not a good experience.
Kevin stayed for 20 minutes, made attempts at rodding, tried jetting, tried twice, checked neighbours manhole, which was clear. Then suggested it could back up behind, and I should phone Thames Water. A very poor attempt at clearing my drain, and poor value for money.
It was a serious blockage, but they handled it like true professionals. Super impressed!
