I’ve been using BB glass for a number of years now for the bespoke cabinetry that I do, the service is second to none, all glass and mirrors are checked before pick up. Excellent communication.
I needed some glass for a photo frame. I contacted so many glaziers, but they all now only supply replacement windows. Another company recommended BB Glass. Thank goodness - finally a nice "old fashioned" glazier that can do anything. Really friendly, efficient service. Email replied to within minutes - and job carried out while I waited. Needed a broken window replaced for an old couple asap as they were very worried about security, despite making bb windows aware they lead me into an absolute disaster, gave me a price for supply and fit, once they recieved the glass they told me id have to come and buy the glass and do it myself because their fitters had disappeared which was odd and suspicious, the window was far too small which bb windows obviously knew about because they pulled out upon recieving the glass, they didnt attend the address to check the size... read more
