It's amazing
A bit annoyed since I'm reading that someone had no hot water on Saturday. Today is Thursday, I came in from dinner at 8:50, stood in the bathroom for 10 minutes trying to get the water hot. Called the desk and was told they are working on the hot water and it would be fixed in about 20 minutes here it is 9:37 and still NO hot water. I am here for business and have to get up early for a meeting. I sure hope there is going to be hot water in the morning
No hot water for my entire stay so ice cold showers each morning. They lost the clothes that I gave them to press and kept saying "are you sure you haven't received them, we show that we returned them." Are you kidding me?! Constantly coming by the room to check yet again that the clothes weren't there, so I could never relax and enjoy the room. And nothing offered for all of the inconveniences. Worst hotel or resort experience I've ever experienced. Stay away.
This is the best day spa that my wife and I ever experienced. We are fans and will become regulars! Outstanding facilities, friendly staff and phenomenal service! #Bliss #OurSweet16Anniversary
Beautiful hotel, great location, immaculately kept and fantastic service!! The spa was also to die for. An amazing stay for sure!!
