My sister has been waiting for two hours to be checked in. With a sick child and all we are getting is excuse after excuse that the rooms are being cleaned, but others are being checked in? Even called early to be checked in because of my niece being ill, never received a call back! Poor service, poor business practice.
Have enjoyed all things "One Ocean" my first couple of visits. Just literally returned from second visit and have booked third already. Treat yourself don't cheat yourself :-) and visit this hidden gem. From the moment you arrive and experience the awesomeness of the entire staff and offerings you'll understand my recommendation!
