My husband and I stayed here for our ten year anniversary. We loved it. The service was amazing. Pool chairs are limited and fill up quick as they are so comfortable! We will be back soon!!
We have loved it!! Really Sweet people, Pure excellence! But get Your cash out!! Everything is over the top expensive!! 7 days may be a bit long for a stay here!
we live in jax and wanted to stay close to home, so we came for our 18th wedding anniversary and were not disappointed. our room had champagne, chocolate covered strawberries, and a nice note. our docent was very prompt! I asked for oj and she had it back right away! room service was on time and set it up quickly. the spa was absolutely wonderful! we loved our couples massage...azurea's food and service were incredible...so many added touches for our anniversary!! We did not receive the type of service you would expect from a resort. There were a couple situations that were not handled properly. It was disappointing. I would not be quick to recommend this resort to a friend.
I spent my birthday weekend there March 26,2016 & it was amazing! The room was nicely updated, the bed was so comfortable the view to the ocean was beautiful. I loved the natural sounds on the radio, it was so relaxing. The staff was nice. The short walk to the beach was great and it is conveniently located. It met all of my expectations from what I saw on your website. I will definitely be back. I will highly recommend. I gave it 5 STARS!!!!!
Employees need etiquette training, and to learn how to handle situation's...lovely resort, but told us we were being upgraded, a beautiful room with very comfortable king sized bed, it would of been lovely if either one of us were with our husband's, not 2 women...we made reservations several days a head, requested 2 beds, Oceanview on a higher floor, and then my souvenirs I had bought earlier in the day came up missing... $122 worth my stepsister lives in Jacksonville and I live in Michigan and only see each other once, twi... read more

I brought my sweet friend Debbie here back on 11/2/15 for your "Sparks of Light" event for cancer patients. She had a great day and the staff was so kind to me also. Your cheery staff invited me to relax in the jacuzzi, lounge on the ocean view chairs and sip a mimosa with her that day. We walked on the beach for a couple of hours, took photos and enjoyed the warm weather and great sunset. Sadly, Debbie died on January 22nd but she lived a full and happy life in her 52 years.
