Not only is this resort beautiful and well kept, the service is immaculate! For me that's what it's all about. Everyone from the valet to the bartenders and service crew are extremely polite and friendly. The rooms are gorgeous and well-kept with amazing water pressure in the showers. I definitely recommend staying here if you are coming to the Jax area!

There are not enough words to describe how impressed I was with the service at this resort! From the valet, to check in counter, to our personal concierge that greeted us as soon as we arrived on our floor, to the poolside service, to room service so on and so on!
