The resort is beautiful and every staff member is kind, polite, and helpful. I am thoroughly enjoying our stay here, and appreciate all the little touches to make our experience pleasant!
This was our 2nd visit. We absolutely loved it! The staff is friendly and courteous. They made sure we had everything we needed. The room was beautiful and the view from our balcony was amazing. We didn't eat at the restaurant, but did order dessert from room service. Beautiful presentation on the plate and the desserts tasted great! I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family. Thank you for making the stay so enjoyable.

This was by far the best hotel and dining experience ever! The staff was very attentive and helpful...my wife and I were celebrating our anniversary and they went above and beyond to make it memorable! This was even better than a Ritz Carlton experience! We are now going to make this an anniversary tradition! Dwayne at the Azurea restaurant gave us the best service that we have ever had at any restaurant! Bravo to One Ocean and they're staff!
