The staff was extremely welcoming and the spa service was incredible. Everyone was friendly and made me feel like I was special the whole time. I loved it and can't wait to spend another day at the spa!
Always enjoyed my time there. The spa director and therapists are of the highest quality & kindness! It's the most relaxing spa I have ever visited & it has the best view of the ocean and beach too. 5*
Thank you for your outstanding service and the culture of high standards you offer. I left a precious and valuable bracelet and discovered it a few days after we left. The staff handled my call with courtesy and quick response. My bracelet was turned over to the manager by the housekeeping staff and was set up for FedEx delivery right after our phone call. Thank you to Moshe and all the staff for your service, integrity and commitment. We will be back and encourage others to choose this resort.
Was there to provide Security for the visiting NFL Tennessee Titans . The Hotel was immaculate, rooms very clean and staff from the General Manager to Valet very attentive. The Ocean view especially as the sun rose was spectacular. St Nick's Security Services
