Aztec Brewing Company is one of the oldest breweries in the region that was formerly established in the year 1921. The brewery was closed but later relaunched in Vista by John Webster 2008. They have a selected variety of beer on tap that includes Macaroon Nut Brown, Aztec Amber and seasonal ones like Bruja Baya, Black Raspberry Saison and many more. They also host musical events performed by local artists every Friday and Saturday.

the brewery is an excellent place that has fantastic Brew and music is incredible some of the finest musicians and North County hang out here. if you want to hear some great music and drink some really good beer this is the place to be.
