Aztec Brewing Company is one of the oldest breweries in the region that was formerly established in the year 1921. The brewery was closed but later relaunched in Vista by John Webster 2008. They have a selected variety of beer on tap that includes Macaroon Nut Brown, Aztec Amber and seasonal ones like Bruja Baya, Black Raspberry Saison and many more. They also host musical events performed by local artists every Friday and Saturday.

Small but great variety of music, live bands,karoke. Great staff friendly crowd.
The beer is excellent. The people there are nice. Great live music. Food trucks. Close to everything, but off the beaten path. What’s not to like?

Aztec is a great place to have chill evening. Excellent selection of craft beers, generally has live music or some other cool event going on. I recommend checking it out.!!
