Aztec Brewing Company is one of the oldest breweries in the region that was formerly established in the year 1921. The brewery was closed but later relaunched in Vista by John Webster 2008. They have a selected variety of beer on tap that includes Macaroon Nut Brown, Aztec Amber and seasonal ones like Bruja Baya, Black Raspberry Saison and many more. They also host musical events performed by local artists every Friday and Saturday.

Very friendly, good tasting room, fun music on the weekends as well as for Open Mic night!!!
Great place to us all as local musicians and part of the community. It's like an institution for performing arts. Great social place for all ages to hang out with local families and friends every week.

Aztec is always such fun! Kudos to them for supporting so much live music! And The Kitchen Sink is the best tasting IPA EVER!!! Love this place!
It's the dopest place and has the chilliest people I've ever met. Thursday open Mic is legit as faaaaack�simirillo and beautiful music what else can you ask for �
I've been to a few of their holiday festivals and they always have good food and fun live music. Love that they support local artists too. Sacrifice Ale is one of my fave SD brewed beers. Way to go Aztec...keep the party going!
