Aztec Brewing Company is one of the oldest breweries in the region that was formerly established in the year 1921. The brewery was closed but later relaunched in Vista by John Webster 2008. They have a selected variety of beer on tap that includes Macaroon Nut Brown, Aztec Amber and seasonal ones like Bruja Baya, Black Raspberry Saison and many more. They also host musical events performed by local artists every Friday and Saturday.

Loved it! The staff was super friendly and the karaoke singing was a blast as well.
i love Thirsday night open mic night. been doing this for almost a year now. Everybody becomes part of the family. Good? Bad? or Indifferent, its all about the music.
