Aztec Brewing Company is one of the oldest breweries in the region that was formerly established in the year 1921. The brewery was closed but later relaunched in Vista by John Webster 2008. They have a selected variety of beer on tap that includes Macaroon Nut Brown, Aztec Amber and seasonal ones like Bruja Baya, Black Raspberry Saison and many more. They also host musical events performed by local artists every Friday and Saturday.

Aztec is an fun place with awsome staff and Great beer. The music scene is cool, they book a lot of local favorites and it attracks a great crowd, its always cool run into friends and catch up.
Awesome staff. Great live music spot plus Blues Jam night and Open Mic night. So much fun!
