The most efficient move I've ever had. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. I would definitely recommend.
I have kept my old review at the bottom from our previous move, however, our most recent experience will be the last. We decided to use AZ as the experience previously had been great. This time round was shocking. On moving day, the movers were a no show. We kept trying the office number and emailing with no response. We had to end up getting another company to save the day. Horror show which ive just been informed of. Booked for a 2 van removal tomorrow 2/6/23. Just been called with less than 24hrs notice to say they can't do the removal now and can't put anything in place to assist. Absolutely disgusting customer service!!!!!!! Thanks for putting extra pressure on an already terrible day **UPDATE** Ive noted AZ movers response which you can see........... however thats not why the job was cancelled, so even worse to try and deflect putting it back on the customer.
