Sam was so so wonderful to help me with my car today. Another shop made a mistake that was causing issues with my engine misfiring and he took the time to explain what was happening so that I understood and would know how to handle bringing it back to the shop that messed up in the first place. He’s a very kind man and I’m so happy with the services he provided me. I’m looking forward to working with him again and would highly recommend him to anyone who needs work done.
Sam was able to diagnose the problems I was having with my Volvo within one hour and he had it fixed the next day! This is very significant because my previous mechanic looked at it several times over a few months or more and was not able to correctly identify the problems. We actually had it towed from the previous mechanic to A&Z. Sam is professional, incredibly knowledgeable and he’s very nice! We’ll be bringing our vehicles back to him for all regular maintenance and as needed! Don’t hesitate to bring your vehicle here!
Took my Audi A7 to A&Z (Sam) garage for engine oil leak. He replaced the oil pan and oil cooler with OEM parts. Two other different mechanics didn't have the experience to do so due to tight access issues with European cars. Sam was able to do it with no hassle. I'm very satisfied with his honesty and the quality of his work. Highly recommend this garage with complex engine repairs.
