Poor customer service from receptionist Thurs 18 sep.Jacqueline your being exposed
I have tried since 16:00 today to call up for results for my Mum, told i was in position 2, at 17:10 call immediately cut off, called back straight away and it said position 1, no one answered continually on hold, and call cut off at 17:21. This is absolutely disgraceful. Vulnerable patients are being caused no end of stress trying to access basic Health Care Needs.
They are terrible I have several health conditions and can never get an appointment with doctor. You sit in a queue for up to 50 mins to be told nothing left just not fair
Wait in line from 8.30am only to be told no appointments available. Neither do they book ahead.
