Really helpful guys, popped into see if they could fix my daughter’s bike and all was fixed in ten minutes, couldn’t do enough to help!
I had a great experience buying my electric bike here. Steve couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful and I absolutely love my bicycle! It is also fantastic to be able to support a local business and buy such a quality item locally here in Aylsham.

From his friendly response over the phone when I rang to see if he might be able to help a novice bike packer in distress, to his speedy and efficient skill in fixing the problem when I turned up 5 minutes later. Mid ride today I developed a minor mechanical, so on the off chance I popped in here. What I didn't expect was... "Go get coffee, come back in a bit, we'll sort it now!" What an absolutely fantastic way to treat a customer. Thank you. I will definitely be back here.
Absolutely amazing shop! Nothing too much bother for these guys. I was served by Rodger who fitted my tyre inner tube and while I was waiting Steve was super helpful in helping me find what I needed for my new bike regards to accessories, what’s helpful, working on good, better, best pricing, so there is something for everyone. I didn’t realise they also sol second hand bikes in the shop to! I’ll definitely be back!
