Sharon is the manager in ayletts and does everything she can for the residents, she is a laisez faire leader. James is hardworking and tries to get things done for the residents as best as he can. I enjoy working here in aylettes, it feels like a home rather than a residential environment.

This is lovely place to work, Sharon the home manager who appears to be an caring and compassionate individual, her caring nature is reflected in the care offered to the residents of Ayletts. James works along side Sharon they make good team in the home.

I'm a carer who works in the home and would recommend the home. Sharon and James are always very welcoming and very friendly and helpful care staff

My mother was in Ayletts for the last 18 months of her life. The most important factor in considering a care home is the quality of the care and we couldn't fault Ayletts at all. The staff were brilliant and provided excellent care. There was very little staff turnover so you you could get to know them and build up a relationship, which is so important in helping your loved one feel as at home as possible. We really liked the fact that it was a smaller home which we found much more personal and friendly.
