Slimming World has been great and the leader Clare has supported me on my weight loss journey helping me to focus on healthy eating, rather than restrictive diets, the group gives a sense of community, where i can share my experience, get tips from others when i struggle, and we get to celebrate weight loss together.
What a great group! Initially lost 3 stone and now maintaining. Clare is an amazing consultant. She manages the group really well, and supports you through the slimming world way! The groups are friendly and informative, sharing encouraging tips and recipes.
