What a great group! Initially lost 3 stone and now maintaining. Clare is an amazing consultant. She manages the group really well, and supports you through the slimming world way! The groups are friendly and informative, sharing encouraging tips and recipes.
Fantastic consultant and the group are a second family . Always a warm welcome to new members and returning members
Would highly recommend Clare's group to anyone looking for some weight loss (or maintenance) support.... she has created a lovely, welcoming and non judgmental group which most weeks turns into a bit of a laugh
