Our consultant, Clare, puts her all into helping every single one of us to reach our personal goals of losing weight and becoming healthy and happy. We are a friendly group who welcome new members with open arms - we know the struggles and battles of any weight-loss attempts but this is the place to start making it easier! Slimming World has been great and the leader Clare has supported me on my weight loss journey helping me to focus on healthy eating, rather than restrictive diets, the group gives a sense of community, where i can share my experience, get tips from others when i struggle, and we get to celebrate weight loss together.
