Dr Chandan refusing to treat me. Following this refusal to treat, I was so unwell and in severe pain so I paid a private testing lab to run tests. Results came back that I do have the bacterial infection and I’m severe. Sent the results to the surgery and Dr Chandan queried if they were private. Because they are paid for he refuses to treat me for the infection. He also refuses to refer me to get the same test on the NHS so I can be treated. On arriving this morning for a blood test and pressure test, I was told I was late, my appointment was 7:44 and the time was 7:56. 12 mins late. I pointed out that my appointment was 8:30 which was given to me over the phone. The receiptist Insisting that it was my fault and I couldn’t be seen today and I had to book another appointment for Friday. I’ve recently had to attend the centre on two occasions recently and cannot commend the staff and the experience enough. Things haven’t always been great but recently things have been so much better and it feels like you can always get an appointment and when you do, you are seen and heard. Long may it continue!!

My sister goes to this doctors and it seems every week there is another issue. Her doctor took one look at her and decided he didnt like her which has led to deliberate medical neglect. He 'misplaces' medical records, 'forgets' to pass on results of important tests, seems incapable of collecting information from her file and prefers to just rudely harass her with calls demanding updates to which he should already know the answer to. Before joining this practice I read the reviews and thought, how bad could it really be. But it really is terrible. The most dated interior - GPs rake it in but can’t part with any money to modernise it - dreadful. The phone system with the ridiculously long message is a joke. No one needs to listen to that. The main GP’s patient care is next to none and seems to just want people out the door and to meet some sort of target/quota they probably have without actively listening to the patient. I would avoid at all costs.
