Service was excellent. I was feeling like I was part of the Axsom family.
My experience with AxsomAir was by far the best! Steve drove out on extremely short notice the day before Thanksgiving so that my family would not be without heat. He also drove straight from my house to Alexandria to pick up the part needed. He was very friendly and informative! Very nice to my children and family. Our service tech was Andrew and he was very nice and very helpful. We called Axom this morning and they were able to come service our air unit in the same day! We were so glad they were able to do that! We will definitely be using Axom from now on!!
Our hot water heater ruptured on Sunday and being new to the area we were unsure who to call. We chose AxsomAir. I am so very happy we did. They are prompt, courteous and professional. Everyone that we spoke to from the first phone call has been very friendly and knowledgeable. Joshua O. and Kerry were great. I hardly knew they were working in the attic. I Highly recommend this company and we will not use anyone else.
I have just started using Axsom Air but I can say I am very pleased with the service. The servicemen are very polite and eager to please. Great to know they are working for Christian people.
