Huge shoutout to AxsomAir. My air went out today (Sunday) not only were they the ONLY company that answer the phone but Jacob was there within an hour. I don’t know air conditioner “talk” but the diagnoses sounded bad with a lot of parts to be replaced. He had all the parts and had it running again in less than 30 minutes. He was extremely professional and efficient. Again, a lot of major parts had to be replaced which is costly regardless of who you use but I was very impressed with the final bill. jIMMY MILEY CAME OUT FIRST AND DID MOST OF MY PLUMBING WORK. HE WAS PROMPT, COURTEOUS, AND EXPLAINED TO ME EXACTLY WHAT WAS GOING ON. ANTHONY BASS CAME OUT WITH HIM ON THE SECOND DAY, AND WAS JUST AS COMPETENT. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND EITHER ONE OF THEM, AND WILL CALL AXSOMAIR AND REQUEST JIMMY MILEY IF I HAVE ANY MORE PROBLEMS.
