Michael and Jimmy came out and fixed our broken pipe in freezing weather and got water back for us. Thank you. They also identified another problem we will have to address when it is warmer.
These guys, Michael and Jimmy are consummate professionals and will do whatever it takes to complete the job correctly and as soon as physically possible. And, they are informative and funny in their own down-home way. You can be assured that they will not leave until the are satisfied the work is right. I would call them back in a heartbeat!
I have used them twice, once for air conditioner going out on a weekend and another time for plumbing issues on a weekend. They came out (in fact on the Sunday after Thanksgiving no less for one) and were very friendly, courteous and did great work. Highly recommend.
Our heater was acting up and Ryan was able to come out same day. While he wasn't able to pinpoint the exact problem, he did a few maintenance things and had it up and running. He told me that if the problem happened again, they would come back out immediately and there wouldn't be another service call fee. So far, we haven't had to make another call. I appreciated the quick response time since it was a pretty cold day. We will definitely use AxsomAir for any future heating, A/C and plumbing needs.
I reported my problem yesterday. The serviceman, Anthony, arrived on time and made the repair on the spot. Anthony was well skilled, neat, and competent. I am well pleased with AxsomAir in all respects.
Andrew was very nice throughout the entire process of a part replacement on my ac. Josh came by to go to over all of my options and explain everything to me. Such a wonderful company with great Christian values. Do yourself a favor and hire Axsom Air for all of your heating/cooling needs. They are such wonderful people!
Colby L. and Kerry M. came to my home and replaced my heating and cooling system. They had to remove an old 19-plus year old unit in my attic. Naturally it was all the way across the other end of the house to the attic stairs. They worked very hard in getting the old unit out and it was still very hot weather that day. Thanks to them and AxsomAir for such caring installation.
Josh C was super nice, and gave me more information than I expected. I wouldn't hesitate to suggest Axsom.
