Clayton was the technician who came out to help us. He was exceptional in his service. He is a professional mixed with heathy dose of personable characteristics. He was polite, listened to our concerns and answered all of our questions. He explained the diagnostic process and the problem in terms making it easy to understand.
Axsom air installed a new Central and Heat system last year , We have been very pleased with the unit . They are awesome people to deal with and have great customer service.
I have units in Shreveport that I service myself. Until I retired I was not in Marthaville all the time so I left this to Matthew's people to do under a maint. agreement. Andrew did a very through job of cleaning and checking out the system even to topping off the system with a few ounces of r410a. It was a better service than I give my units in Shreveport. My only suggestion to them would be to pop a pan pill into the evaporator to reduce scum problems while they have it open but that is pretty minor. Other than that the on... read more
Clayton was very professional and helpful. He appears genuine and sincere, and I felt very comfortable having him in my home. Axsom is a great team of men, as demonstrated by Clayton's consultations with his team regarding our problem. Axsom is definitely a family business dedicated to their customers and I have no qualms recommending them to anyone- they are my only ones to call.

I've done business with Axsom for my home and for another property, and have always found them to be exceptionally responsive. Monday night, I had AC issues with a system they installed, and by lunch Tuesday, Clayton was at my house and had it resolved within an hour. Steve from Axsom came out not only on a Sunday but a holiday too! He did excellent work fixing not one but two air conditioners we were having problems with. Very professional and friendly. Will be using them for all our air conditioner needs!! Thank you again.
Great company, great employees. Very nice, clean cut gentleman that come out to your homes to work on your units. Clayton came today and he was very prompt, kind, and well mannered. If you are having any issues with air/heat call Axsom Air they are Johnny on the spot when you need them!
Axsom Air provided me with excellent service I would recommend the company if anyone has a/c issues
