We have several AC units at Trinity Episcopal Church; at the office, the parish hall, and the church itself. The Axsom team is always awesome and quick to come and help, but I have had a particularly positive experience with Steve the last couple of times he's come to work on a unit, as he provides a clear description of what's going on, often showing me pictures of the inner workings of the unit or the problem area. Thanks so much for being not only great service providers, but taking the time to educate the owner.
