Save yourself the hassle and don’t use these fraudulent people. Communication was a mess, unpaid invoices, no H&S checks done for years. Completely unacceptable, you people should be out of business and in jail.
I have been working with Lucy Arter for a few years now supporting lift maintenance contracts and she has been extremely professional and very helpful with any queries we have. Highly recommend Axe Block management to anyone looking for a block management provider.
I had a very unusual issue to be dealt with which was a parakeet falling through a faulty roof vent cap into my hall cupboard. Jackson was very responsive as usual and although it took some time to get the faulty vent cap to be fixed I'm happy with Axe services so far. I'm always impressed by Jackson's swift feedback (unheard of with previous management companies) and introducing plan B when plan A didn't work.
I have worked with Jackson at Axe Block management on a few occasions. I have found him and the company to be responsive and professional. All queries are dealt with quickly. I would recommend using this company .
