I feel I've been treated like a nuisance Nobody seems to care
The nurses and female doctors were pretty good. The male doctors and reception staff are not. The 'lead receptionist' even lied to me and refused to give me my own results because of data protection...yes, protecting my personal data...from myself. After coming from Bristol I am used to oversubscribed medical centres. This is not one of those.
