The nurses and female doctors were pretty good. The male doctors and reception staff are not. The 'lead receptionist' even lied to me and refused to give me my own results because of data protection...yes, protecting my personal data...from myself. After coming from Bristol I am used to oversubscribed medical centres. This is not one of those. I have had to use the doctors several times recently, i have put through a request online and they are absolutely on it and i get a message straight away and then a call from the doctors withing 48 hrs normally and the managed to get me in so well and soon When im there the staff are lovely and ive felt well looked after I have been to many docs in the past that have not been great but so happy here :)
Pleasant and responsive staff, if you need urgent advice, they will provide it
