I regret I do not share the same opinion about the Axbridge surgery as many reviewers appear to do. I have had excellent service from the paramedic, the nurses and the lady who specialises in musculoskeletal issues, but I am distinctly unimpressed with the doctors and the ability to get a timely doctors' appointment, or for enquiries to be answered. I have nothing but praise for this practice. Dr Jackson-Voysey genuinely cares about his patients. He supported my family through some very tough times. The whole team are very friendly & helpful. The only downside is it can be hard to get appointments, & that sadly we know longer have a GP at Wedmore. But with the constant budget cuts, & cardboard housing estates being thrown up, it's a wonder the practice can run at all with so much pressure placed on such a small surgery. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I couldn’t be more grateful for the care I received. From the first consultation to the surgery and follow-up, the entire team was professional, kind, and attentive. Everything was clearly explained, which made me feel calm and safe throughout the process. The surgery went smoothly, my recovery is progressing well, and I always felt that my comfort and health were the priority.
